Scarce decorative copper line engraving on paper originally produced to accompany John Speed's "The Theatre of the Empire of Great Britaine" published in 1611. This edition dates to 1676. A very desirable map of the County with Shields, Royal Arms and an inset plan of Canterbury.

Measures 390 x 500 mm. Very good condition, Small closed tear to lower margin, overall age toning, see photo.
