HEAVE FOR A DIVE.

Chromolithograph on paper after W. lloyd. In 1891, the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Company commissioned the artist William Whitelock Lloyd to produce drawings that could be sold to the passengers as a souvenir for their voyage. The journey used by Lloyd for his inspiration was that of the SS Himalaya travelling from England to India via the Suez Canal in the same year.
